Oral Abstract Presentation
- AEPC 2026 received the highest number of abstract submissions to date, making the selection process extremely competitive. Your abstract ranked within the top 12.5 percentile of all submitted abstracts.
- Each oral abstract session includes 12 presentations. Each presentation is 7 minutes total, including the Q&A part (5 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A).
- A widescreen projector will be used. Please make sure your PPT presentation slides are formatted to 16:9 aspect ratio (current PPT standard).
- We encourage you to use the AEPC 2026 templates provided HERE, but this is not required.
- Keynote files are NOT supported.
- All presenters must check into the Speakers Ready Room at least 2 hours prior to their session time in order to upload their presentation.
- Presenter View will not be available. Please bring any notes you may need.
- Please proceed to your session room 10-15 minutes before session start time to introduce yourself to the session chair(s) and familiarize yourself with the set-up.
Flash Talk Presentation
- AEPC 2026 received the highest number of abstract submissions to date. Due to the highly competitive selection process, only 50% of submitted abstracts were selected for live presentation at the congress.
- Each flash talk abstract session includes 22 presentations. Each presentation is 4 minutes total, including the Q&A part (3 minutes presentation + 1 minute Q&A).
- A widescreen projector will be used. Please ensure your PPT slides are formatted to 16:9 aspect ratio.
- We encourage you to use the AEPC 2026 templates provided HERE, but this is not required.
- Keynote files are NOT supported.
- All presenters must check into the Speakers Ready Room at least 2 hours prior to their session time in order to upload their presentation.

Modarated E-Poster Presentation
- Moderated e-poster presentations will take place at dedicated e-poster screens (totems) and will be conducted under the guidance of session chairs.
- Each moderated e-poster session includes 22 presentations. Each presentation is 3 minutes total, including the Q&A part (2 minutes presentation + 1 minute Q&A).
- AEPC 2026 will feature e-posters only. Poster boards will not be used. Therefore, please do not print or bring a physical poster to the meeting venue. All posters must be submitted electronically via the meeting system. Please refer to the e-poster module details in the section “E-poster Module”
- The abstract title, author(s), and affiliation(s) must appear at the top of the poster.
- All posters must be written entirely in English.
E-Poster Presentation
- AEPC 2026 will feature e-Posters only. This year, the poster boards will not be used. Therefore, please do not print or bring a physical poster to the meeting venue. All posters must be submitted/uploaded electronically via the meeting system.
- All e-posters will be displayed on dedicated e-poster screens (totems) throughout the duration of the meeting.
- The abstract title, author(s), and affiliation(s) must appear at the top of the poster.
- All posters must be written entirely in English.

- Your login credentials have been sent to your presenter email address on Friday, 13 March. If you did not receive this information, please send an email to cavcioglu@kenes.com and request that your login credentials be resent.

Once logged in, you will find the official PowerPoint template. We kindly ask you to use this template without altering the slide size or background to ensure full technical compatibility.
- You may also access the e-poster template here.
- The template is provided in PowerPoint format for your convenience; however, all posters must be uploaded as a PDF. Please ensure you save your final file as a PDF before submission.
- Please upload your poster no later than 11:59 PM on Monday, 27 April. (extended deadline)
Speaker Ready Room Hours
All speakers and oral abstract & flash talk presenters are kindly requested to upload their presentations in the Speakers’ Ready Room (located on the Ground Floor) at least 2 hours prior to the start time of their sessions. If the session is the first session in the morning, please upload your presentation the day before.
The SRR will be located on the ground floor, directly opposite the main entrance. Please follow the signage.
