Dr. Supriya S. Jain is a Professor of Pediatrics (cardiology), Radiology, and Public Health and Director of Clinical Transition programs at New York Medical College. She is the Director of Pediatric Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging and the founding Director of the Inflammatory Cardiovascular Disease program at Maria Fareri Children's Hospital at Westchester Medical Center in New York. As the Principal Investigator, she leads FDA-funded large multicenter myocarditis research, has pioneered work in COVID, MIS-C, KD, P/CHD imaging, and co-authored important guidelines. She serves on the Steering Committee for Society of Cardiac Magnetic Resonance SCMR’s P/CHD section, leads multiple initiatives in different SCMR committees and TaskForces. She is the Program Chair for SCMR’s 2026 Mid-Year Meeting. She serves on the Steering Committee for the International Kawasaki Disease Registry and has served on the Executive Committee for American Academy of Pediatrics’s Simulation and Innovative Learning Methods section. She is a current Board member of the American Heart Association of Westchester/ Fairfield, medical advisory Board member of Project Adam, President & CEO of HeartStart Generation, non-profits leading sudden cardiac death prevention initiatives regionally and nationally. A recipient of the New York State Woman of Distinction award by the NY State Assembly, Dean’s Faculty award, NYMC Faculty Author award, and Doctor of Distinction award, she is nationally and internationally recognized for her work in clinical care, education, research and community advocacy in pediatrics and congenital heart disease.
