Prof. Rosario Caruso is an Italian academic and Associate Professor of Nursing Science at the University of Milan, recognized for his vast experience in clinical, educational, and managerial nursing research. Currently, he directs the Healthcare Professions Research and Evidence Transfer Unit at IRCCS MultiMedica, where he drives innovative research and interdisciplinary collaboration to advance nursing science. Prof. Caruso is a key figure in international and national leadership, serving as General Director of the Foundation of Nurse Specialists Europe (FoNSE) and President of the Italian Association of Oncological Area Nurses (AIIAO).
