I obtained her PhD at the University of Edinburgh (UK), investigating late gestation development of the heart. I have carried out my first post-doctoral project at the Imperial College London (UK), investigating cardiac nano-dynamics. Since 2017 I have been leading my own team at the Institute for Experimental Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Freiburg (Germany).
