Elin Hjorth Johansen is a professional development nurse at Oslo University Hospital, Norway. She has worked in nursing care for infants with congenital heart disease since 2011. She developed the mHealth tool HOBS for parents of infants with congenital heart disease in collaboration with a project group at Oslo University Hospital. She holds a PhD from the University of Oslo. Her research focuses on how mHealth can improve follow-up of infants with congenital heart disease and support parents during discharge and at home
