* AEPC Members are required to submit their membership number during the registration process.

* Junior category: Graduates, who are less than 38 years of age and in addition, are officially in a training program in paediatric cardiology or related fields in Europe or around the world.

Notice for INVOICE revision requests
Any modification of VAT number, address or financial documentation, requested after the issuing of the invoice or receipt, will result in an administrative fee of 25 EUR.

The registration fee for all the registration categories of the Annual Meeting includes:

  • Access to all scientific sessions

  • Access to the exhibition area
  • Certificate of attendance
  • CME Accreditation (number of CME credits to be announced prior to the Annual Meeting)
  • Coffee breaks & lunches as per the Meeting program

Letter of Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent to the submitted e-mail within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Registration:

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until the early bird deadline of February 8, 2026, up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50,00.-EUR deduction for administrative expenses.

For cancellations received on and after February 9, 2026, the registration fee will be non-refundable.

Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Annual Meeting Organizing Secretariat, to the attention of Ms. Neyir Seda Utugen (nutugen@kenes.com)

Courses:
No refund will be granted, and full cancellation fees apply after February 8, 2026.

Payment Terms
The official currency of the Annual Meeting is EUR.
Payments should be made in advance via bank transfer or via credit card. We regret that we are unable to accept any personal, company and/or bank cheques.

Credit card payment:
Holders of Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard or Amex may use their credit cards for the charge of all fees. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences on the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.
